Plasma Spray Enclosure

The equipment inside the Plasma Spray Enclosure has a sound level of about 130 dBA.  The enclosure installed is to meet the noise level permited by National Enviromental Agency of below 85 dBA.  With the specially designed enclosure, SIAC managed to bring the nosie level to the requiement.  The ceiling and walls were constructed from 150mm thick metal panels.  The enclosure also took care of the required ventilation system, vision panels, doors and other penetrations.

The greatest advantage of the module panels is that it can be dismentaled and be re-erected to another location without affecting the acoustic performance.  It also can enlarge or reduce in size to meet future demand.
